BUSINESS TOOLS AND PROCESSES
Utilivate’s proprietary, core business tools underpin the above services and facilitate exceptional performance and service delivery:
- The ADOPT™ Innovation Management Process
- E-Business Infrastructure
ADOPT™ Innovation Management Process: Utilivate’s ADOPT™ Innovation Management Process is a proprietary approach to identify, manage, and solve complex business challenges using a customized and integrated stage/gate innovation management methodology. Project management, an important component of ADOPT™, is a means of defining, prioritizing, and establishing the relationship between the critical steps required to successfully conduct and conclude a project on time…on budget…and with exceptional quality. The stage/gate process ensures that critical business/strategic, technical, market, legal, financial, and political/regulatory questions that will impact the successful outcome of challenging projects are asked and answered at key stages of the assignment.
E-Business Infrastructure: A web-based innovation/project management system is used by Utilivate staff to plan and manage projects and report on progress towards deliverables. Clients have on-line access to clear graphical, tabular, and textual updates on progress towards goals.
BUSINESS SERVICES & SOLUTIONS
Utilivate Technologies offers the following product and services:
Energy Management Solutions: Utilivate provides a broad range of customized energy management solutions to clients: supply-side, energy information, demand-side, and asset management. Utilivate works with customers to sharply reduce bottom-line energy costs using a range of technology innovations and process improvements and its proprietary “Whole Enterprise™” approach to strategic energy management.
For its energy management training program, Utilivate uses its proprietary and proven "Strategic Energy Planning Workshop" process. This process is designed to help Energy Managers and other facility professionals whose responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive and sustainable energy management program for their organizations.
The training program recognizes that a successful program must integrate energy planning with other critical planning activities. The workshop participants will gain a better understanding of the ways in which accountability for results, establishment of meaningful measures and goals, a commitment to regular review, and the personal endorsement of senior leadership are all critical ingredients for an effective energy management program. Participants leave our training program armed with powerful new tools they can apply right away to more effectively guide their organization toward achieving optimum and sustained long-term energy savings.
Utilivate provides comprehensive energy management services to prioritize and implement high-impact, energy conservation measures. Utilivate works closely with clients in developing a comprehensive energy baseline and its proprietary Performance-Grade™ Energy Audit for targeted facilities.
